What this site is

bytequix.com is the marketing site for ByteQuix, a managed-service builder of custom internal software for small businesses. The site exists to describe what we do, show the patterns we build, and let prospective clients reach us.

This site is not a service portal. Active client portals, billing, and account management for ByteQuix services live elsewhere and are governed by separate agreements.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to anything on bytequix.com. You may not scrape the site programmatically beyond what is allowed in our robots.txt, attempt to overwhelm the contact form or any backend endpoint, or attempt to access non-public parts of the infrastructure.

Information you submit

If you submit information through the contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We use submitted information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty on content

The content on bytequix.com (case studies, blog posts, use-case teasers, pricing, industries) is informational. Pricing and offer details may change. Case-study outcomes describe results we have observed in specific client engagements; they are not guarantees that other clients will see equivalent results.

If you act on information from this site without a signed engagement, you do so at your own risk. The signed engagement is what controls our work, not the marketing copy.

Links to other sites

This site links out to solutions.bytequix.com (our Solutions Library), to client tools (vendor sites, third-party services we mention by name), and occasionally to third-party reference content. We are responsible for our content. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.

Intellectual property

All content on bytequix.com, including text, structure, illustrations, photographs, and code, is owned by ByteQuix or used with permission. You may quote and link with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content as your own.

Service-engagement terms

If you become a ByteQuix client, the terms governing the work (pilot scope, monthly subscription, deliverables, IP ownership, data handling, service-level commitments, termination) are set in the signed engagement and any subsequent change orders. Nothing on bytequix.com creates a service contract.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes about this site are resolved in the state or federal courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Changes

We update the date at the top when we change the terms. The next planned change is the addition of cookie-consent and analytics-disclosure language later in 2026, alongside the Privacy Policy update.
